Hello all,

I’ve managed to clean up most of the virustotal detections for MalwareAlarm. It was at about 11 detections, and was down to 2, but is now back to 3 for some reason.

There is a new detection by “Xcitium Verdict Cloud”, and I’m unable to find any contact information for them.

The other two, CyRadar, and Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, have been contacted already but are either very slow to do anything, or refuse to remove the detections for some reason.

I would appreciate if anyone can help me in contacting these companies to remove the false blocks to this domain.

I’ve never heard of Xcitium Verdict Cloud. I’ll check with some of my contacts and see if I can find out anything. I’ll also ask about the others.

I just noticed, if I search http://malwarealarm.com on VT then all three of those flag it. If I search it as https://malwarealarm.com then only two of them do, but Xcitium doesn’t.

I did “good” rating votes on it as both http and https.
